ARA will provide participants with access to a digitally enabled learning management system and networking platform, providing a channel for individual job seekers and workforce cohorts to develop the skills of the future in an online learning community.

ARA will also offer recruitment and placement/labour management services, including specialist skills in working with people and groups facing barriers to entry into the workforce.

ARA members specialise in designing and developing cutting-edge training and skills content focusing on the needs of industries, regions and specific workforce or job seeker cohorts. The courses offered reflect ARA members' deep engagement within regional communities, their connection to current renewable energy projects, and an understanding of the regional transition underway.

Our training focus is industry-led and aims to meet the needs of the renewable energy industry directly, informed by and responding to the needs of technology providers, developers, asset owners and construction, operations and maintenance contractors.

ARA knows that every region and community is different, so we can create and adapt course content and requirements to suit the specific needs of a community, workforce or industry and can connect to our education partner network, further leveraging their capability.

ARA understands that growth in one industry can often have flow-on effects for existing industries in a region - our co-design and collaborative approach is crucial in enabling aspects such as this to be considered and incorporated into place-based solutions.
